Singing for Wellbeing

One of their most exciting projects to date, Singing for Wellbeing at the Budleigh Salterton Health and Wellbeing Hub, is open to EVERYONE irrespective of age, gender, or health background.

This group is not targeted at any particular group (e.g. stroke survivors, people living with dementia or with Parkinson’s) but encourages anyone interested in the health and wellbeing benefits of singing as part of a group, to come along and join in.

They meet on alternate Thursdays from 1.30 – 3pm.

Please contact Mark or Vanessa McGlade at Home Instead Senior Care on 01395 200600 for future dates.
